Grounds Crew Leader – Parks & Recreation

The City of Waynesboro Parks & Recreation is looking for a Grounds Crew Leader in our Grounds Maintenance Division to help keep our parks, trails, athletic fields, and recreation facilities looking their best.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with their hands
  • Takes pride in quality workmanship
  • Experienced in routine grounds maintenance tasks that include mowing, weed eating, mulching, pruning, snow removal and general landscaping.
  • Is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors in all seasons
  • Works well as part of a team and is always willing to lend a hand
  • Takes pride in making a positive impact on the community every day
